Virtual & Free women's Workshop

The Remembrance Workshop

A live gathering for women ready to remember their own wisdom amidst the busyness of life right now

Summer is fun and there is little structure.

Then all at once, with very little notice, the structure comes racing back, and you are behind making it all happen.

The all or nothing sense of this transition can feel unsettling, destabilizing and uncomfortable.

Before you get swept into it, I want to invite you to remember yourself.

Before you tend to everyone else, tend to what is yours.

So much of our time, energy, and attention goes toward managing the external world.

What needs to happen?

Who needs to be where?

What needs to get done?

Who needs something from me?

And somewhere inside all of that, it can become remarkably easy to lose contact with the person underneath all the roles....

Remembrance is an opportunity to come back to her:

  • The woman who has ideas
  • The woman who has desires
  • The woman who knows things before she can always explain how she knows them
  • The woman who has goals, dreams, relationships, creativity, pleasure, ambition and a life of her own that also require tending

So on the first FULL day of Fall come join to:

This gathering is for you if...

  • You have spent much of the summer responding to what everyone else needs and you're craving a little space of your own.
  • You're entering fall already anticipating the schedules, responsibilities and commitments ahead.
  • You want to feel grounded rather than immediately swept into the momentum of another busy season.
  • You have goals or desires of your own that keep getting pushed to later.
  • You know there is wisdom inside of you, but you've been moving too quickly to hear it.
  • Or maybe you can't quite explain why you want to come. You simply read the word Remembrance and felt something inside you say, "Yes. I need that." That's enough.

What if Fall didn't have to happen to you?

There is something powerful about entering a new season intentionally.

Instead of waking up six weeks from now wondering how life became so full again, we are going to create space to ask:

-What do I want this season to feel like?

-What deserves my energy?

-What am I ready to leave behind?

-What needs more attention?

-What do I want to grow?

Think of this as planting season. What we tend now will bear fruit in the seasons ahead.
